VideoBusiness is reporting that the Harry Potter and tthe Half-Blood Prince movie will be available for Video on Demand cable television rental services starting from December 15, 2009.
This date comes a week after the release of the movie on DVD and Blu-ray formats in the US.
Noonan said the film “will be held back a week [on VOD] in an effort to further enhance the extraordinary sell-through possibility†of the DVD, calling Potter a unique property.
