The magic shop, Whimsic Alley, which is located in Los Angeles and features Harry Potter products, is hosting a midnight party to celebrate the release of theTales of Beedle the Bard. Games, contests, and readings from the Harry Potter books will be included in the evening's events, and if you're going to attend costumes are encouraged!
The party will start on December 3rd at 10pm and the the book will be on sale at midnight!
George Beahm, author of Muggles and Magic and Fact, Fiction, and Folklore in Harry Potter's World, will be on hand to sign copies of his books. Tim Kirk, 5-time Hugo Award winning illustrator and former Disney Imagineer will be drawing caricatures for a small fee. Professor Callebrant, teacher of Wizard and Muggle Magic, will be on hand to entertain and demonstrate magic charms and transfiguration.
The Tales of Beedle the Bard will be released on December 4th.
