Two trailers for Tom Felton's upcoming films are online. One is for Rise of the Planet of the Apes, also costarring James Franco, Andy Serkis, Brian Cox, and Frida Pinto. The story is a prequel to Planet of the Apes and is about a scientist who tries to find a Alzheimer's disease by testing it on apes, specifically one named Caeser, who mutates drastically as a result of the treatment. Caesar leads a revolt with his fellow apes against mankind; Tom plays Dodge, one of the villains, and son of Brian Cox's character.
And also From the Rough, in which Tom plays one of four young golf players, Edward, assisted by coach Catana Starks to win the PGA National Collegiate Minority Championship. The film is scheduled for a Fall 2011 release date.
