Tomorrow J.K. Rowling will be honored by France's President Nicolas Sarkozy with the Legión de Honor, which is the highest accolade given by the country!
There are five levels to the award - Chevalier (Knight), Officier (Officer), Commandeur (Commander), Grand Officier (Grand Officer) and Grand-Croix (Grand Cross).
