Rob Knox's (Marcus Belby in Half-Blood Prince) attacker, Karl Bishop, has of course been found guilty of his murder. Karl has today been given a life sentence for that conviction.
Karl attacked Robert in a bar brawl in Kent, England, last May, resulting in Robert's death when he attemped to protect his younger brother.Â
Karl will serve a minimum of 20 years before being considered for parole. He was also found guilty of wounding four other individuals, for which he will serve three further concurrent life sentences. Bishop denied both the murder and the counts of wounding.
