Helena Bonham Carter (Bellatrix Lestrange) has been cast in the BBC4 biopic on novelist Enid Blyton.

Helena had the followingto say about the role:

“It’s a long time since I have read such a well-written script with as complex and fascinating a character as Enid.”

The film is in production now and will air on BBC4 at the end of the year.
